After she let go of him, Scuro relaxed a bit. He was a little uncomfortable when she had just suddenly grabbed him. Now that she had calmed down a bit Scuro thought he should inquire about what happened while he was gone. He thought of how he should phrase the question a bit but he decided to go with the straightforward approach with, "What happened?"
At the same time a cuckoo clock went off, signaling the new hour in the morning. At this time there was some noise coming from the houses around the island. Before long all the islanders would come out en masse in anticipation of the festival's first day.

Wisteria blinked a bit and rubbed a hand through her hair as she relaxed against the couch, okay so getting her bearings were a little harder then she thought. Swallowing softly as she cleared her throat a bit adjusting her dress before looking back towards him with a raised brow even though she couldn't actually see him she knew where he was in the room. "I...." she trailed off somewhat with a rather hilariously confused look on her face before she perused her lips turning her head away from him. She rubbed her knees with her hands shifting on the couch, "I'm not....very good with strangers.." she said softly in a low toned voice as her face reddened a little again. It was embarrassing for her to exploit her weaknesses like that. She jumped when she heard a cuckoo clock and the opening doors outside, she swallowed again reminding herself that they were outside and she was inside with Scuro, she was fine. Trying to repeat those hers in her head as her heart beat slowed to a calmer pace.

She confirmed that Scuro was right about her trouble with people she didn't know. Considering all the people on the island that would surely be a problem, especially considering that it was the festival time of year. There was also a matter of where she was gonna stay here on the island. It wasn't like they could just force her to stay with someone and tell her to deal with it.
His thought process was interrupted when the mayor walked to the doorway and started talking. He said, "I'm sorry to have to leave you at an important time but as mayor I have to be present for the festival." Scuro nodded his head and the mayor, along with his wife, left the house and headed for their boat at the shore. Then a thought popped in Scuro's head. "You wanna go to the festival? You should be able to find some people you can get along with while you're on the islands. It would also help you learn the layout of the land" , he said trying to convince her as best as he could. He figured his salespitch might have more effect since she had to have been in the sea for hours as well as having been on the island for hours, meaning she would have to get hungry sooner or later.
Meanwhile the first group of islanders already landed on the opposite beach. These were the vendors, who still had to get all of the games and foodstands ready. The second group, the competition staff as well as the mayor, had left the shore of the main island and were on their way to the other island. Custom dictated that they arrive at least 30 minutes before competitors so they can add the finishing touches to the competitions.

Definitly took a crash landing ending up in this world. When he had confronted that lone mage in the third district of Traverse Town, he had informed him the spell was experimental and that injuries may occur. That the man had never used it before, let alone on a living person. So it was risky, but what choice did he have? All of his memories were screwed up, if he had some kind of travel device like a gummi ship or something, he didn't remember it, let alone remember how to use it. So he took the mage's spell along with all of it's risks, and it worked, for the most part. Though he landed quite a ways higher up than intended, which resulted in crashing through some shack or building. Wasn't really aware of where he ended up, he only got a seconds glance at the roof before he collided into it.
Crash,
Crack,
Slam.
Gradually he cracked open his eyes, shutting them instantly and groaning when he caught some of the suns rays shooting down. Roger pushed himself off of the ground, hazily sitting up. Then gingerly clutched his head in pain, it hurt. His body hurt as well, mainly his back, as that part took the most impact from the fall. Alive, he was alive right? Yeah, a few cuts and a couple of bruises but he arrived in one peice. And Where the hell was he? He was about to stand but decided against it, as the whole room was spinning at the moment.
Shit, never again was he using magic. Roger never liked it much in the first place, but after this, the young man didn't want anything to do with it for some time. Though he was in a different world, as he didn't recognize the house at all. Plus it was a lot hotter than Traverse Town. Looking around, it seemed like someones house, a rather large living room or dining room? "Hey!" Calling out ".. Is anyone.." Forget it, groaning, he cut off his sentence and shut his jaw, no real need to yell. If anyone was home, surely they heard his entrance of wrecking their roof.

Zane watched the two geezers leave letting him know that the time to get on the boat would be soon. He didn't leave right away since he was still kinda pissed at being left out the loop and forced out of the room. A few minutes later he heard a loud crashing noise inside the house. He said "What the hell?" and ran towards what sounded like a cannonball hitting a ship in one of those pirate movies. After getting to the source of the noise he saw a boy and the only thing he said was "Who are you?"

Wisteria raised a brow at Scuro tilting her head somewhat to allow the dried strands of redbrown hair to fall over her shoulder and over her face slightly. Reaching up and smoothing her fingers through it pushing it back from covering her face with a slight cough. She jumped a little when the mayor came back in and spoke, she blinked a little before sweatdropping. ~a festival?~ she hadn't attended one of those since she was a child, her face expressed some excitement at the thought of playing childhood games again though when she realized that might be kind of hard not being able to see, she began to have a slightly annoyed expression.
She sighed softly as she leaned back against the couch arm listening to Scuro speak, "Only if you promise to be there with me" she said stubbornly with a firmness that she hadn't shown before. It seemed like she was slowly getting use to things now. She gave him a vague smile before hearing something suddenly crash through the roof of the house they were sitting in. She yelped loudly jumping somewhat and almost falling over the couch arm but managed to catch herself on a curtain. "What the bloody hell was that!" she said cursing for the first time and blushed a little at the way it sound vulgar to her ears.

Seeing the excited expression on Wisteria's face, Scuro thought that it might not be as hard as he thought it would be to get her to go. However, when she changed her expression to a less than pleased look, Scuro worried that she would decide not to go. When she did finally say that she would go he felt a little bit relieved, even more so when he saw her let out a little smile.
Scuro then tensed up when he detected an unfamiliar "scent." After that he heard a loud crash that made him jerk. "Did we get hit by a giant hailstone? ,he wondered as he stood up to look for the reason of the frightening sound. He looked out the doorway and was appropriately shocked when he saw a person.

Roger slowly got to his feet a few seconds later, as the worst of the room spinning and warping had subsided. Even with his mind still foggy, he brushed off the debris and dust from his black polo and jeans, then kicked a little dirt from his skate shoes. Even with his body aching from the fall, he was more or less satisfied with the fact he could leave without anything broken. Still he was unsure exactly how far he fell, a few feet or maybe a few floors -- Hearing another boy speak, cut off his train of thoughts, Roger turned his head to the left to get a better look at him.
"Who are you?"
There was a moment of pause before he answered the teal haired boy, maybe he smacked his head harder then he originally thought. First thing that crossed his mind was a I don't remember, but the raven haired bit his tongue on that, he'd calling himself something for the time being. ".. Roger" He pressed his right hand against his throbbing skull, before continuing. "What is this place?" That mage stated earlier he couldn't send him to a specific world, only one that was close by, so Roger didn't know where the hell he was. Glancing around he spotted some girl cursing and clinging to some curtains nearby, then another shocked boy close to her. Honestly he didn't expect anything else. It's not like a guy crashing through a part of your roof was an every day occurrence.

Roger was what this other person called himself. Zane looked at him but didn't recognize him as one of the people he knew on the island. But, he didn't have time to know all the little people who lived there so he could have just been a dull, unimportant islander. "You're in the mayor's house and you're responsible for the repairs to the roof and ceiling." Zane pointing his finger up towards the giant hole that now acted as a skylight. He just knew he wasn't gonna take the blame for some stupid stunt this punk was trying to pull.

Scuro was really confused, it wasn't easy to imagine something coming through to the mayor's roof to the ground floor, let alone a person. He couldn't even grasp how this other boy managed to get high enough to break through two stories and at the same time remained completely unharmed. However, the most confusing thing was this boy's "scent." Scuro felt like he detected two seperate "scents" coming from him at the same time. One had to belong to him, but the other, a weaker "scent" seemed like it came from someone else, someone Scuro had met before but couldn't remember.
While all these things were running through his head he could see that the other boy, the one from the island, had started talking to this new person. "This might not end well." ,he thought as he heard the other islanders comment. If these two got into a fight it would cause more damage to the house.
The second group of islanders had reached the other shore at this point and took their designated points. In another ten minutes a loud horn would signal all non-workers and competitors to get on the boats and head to the festival.

Wisteria's eye twitched as she realized it was another stranger, this place was just getting stranger and stranger. She shook her head some as her fingers moved to braid her red-brown hair, Breathing out slowly as she didn't wanna let her temper seep through as she was already getting tired of the antsy nervous feeling that kept being rushed through her body at every new predicament. Clearing her throat loudly as she stood up and dusted herself off stepping down off the couch arm, placing one foot down before the other, her actions were to get the attention of the three knuckleheads in the house with her. Making her way to where Scuro was standing though she had to keep a hand out in front of her and she was inching around as if trying to register where the furniture in the room was. "Scuro, we really should get to the festival, everyone is going to be there already." She said as she made it closer to his presence and looped her arm with his, tilting her head to the side somewhat as she stared at where this roger was sitting though she wasn't really sure.
Her eyes were a faded over blue which indicated that she was blind, "The mayor will be informed about the damages to his house, I'll pay for any repairs for the roof and flooring that was busted up by his landing" she was growing bolder now. Probably only because she was standing next to Scuro and slightly squeezing his hand, her other hand was in a small pocket on the side of the dress. "In any case, its not a matter to worry of, it wont rain anytime soon and the festival will start without us" she tugged on Scuro's arm, "can we go now pleeeeaassee?" she said drawling out the last word with a slight pout on her lips.

Scuro felt Wisteria pull on his arm and from the way she was talking it was clear to him that she wanted to get out of there. While he really didn't want to just leave after this new person crashed through the roof, he knew he would have to talk to the mayor later about this, and besides the boy didn't have any visible wounds so there didn't seem any immediate need to be concerned about him. "I guess we'll deal with this after talking to mayor." ,he said loud enough to be heard by the others in the room. Then Scuro walked Wisteria out the house and headed to the shoreline.
Within a few minutes the horn sounded for the rest of the islanders. They all rushed to the boats and began rowing towards the festival they'd been anticipating for weeks now.
Having heard the horn Scuro himself got into his boat and readied his oars. He waited for Wisteria to get into the boat before he undid the rope and took off.

Wisty smiled at him as she followed after him still holding his hand and using the other to make sure she didn't crash into anything. She hummed a little as they got to the water though that's when she froze up and bit down on her lip nervously. Breathing out slowly as she inched forwards crouching a bit as she eased a foot down into the boat lowering herself down into it before sitting clutching her dress. She was a little bit of a nervous wreck getting out into water again since she didn't know how to swim.
Wisty closed her eyes as she bit her lip somewhat chewing on it as it was a nervous habit, she waited patiently as they crossed the water, her ears slowly picking up on sounds of festivities as they got nearer to the other shore and it made her smile as she began to imagine in her head what it might look like.

Having just been rescued from nearly drowning Scuro wasn't all that surprised when Wisteria was a bit nervous entering the boat. After he made sure that she was secured he started rowing. He was moving a bit slower than the others who were madly rushing towards the festival, but the reason for that was because he wanted to keep the boat as steady as he could. At this point, it was probably best to make sure that Wisteria didn't freak out, even if it meant sitting in the boat a bit longer.
Scuro had rowed most of the way to the island when a a group of new "scents" assaulted him all at once, but.... one of them didn't seem new at all. Scuro swore that he recalled this sensation but he couldn't remember who it belonged to. He was so fixated on trying to remember who the "scent" belonged to that he was caught off guard when he rowed the boat too close to shore and it suddenly jerked when he ran into the sand. "Sorry, I spaced out for a second." ,Scuro said after he regained his composure.
He needed to focus on getting on the island before he fixated on this nostalgic feeling. He hopped out off the boat, walked it over to the dock, tied it down, and placed the oars in the boat. Then Scuro held out his hand and said, "This is the other island. Come on, let's go to the festival." Scuro let out a little smile even though he knew she couldn't see his face. Still in the back of his mind he still wondered this presence he couldn't remember.

What. The. Hell. What the Hell? This is what Zane thought as he watched the two of them leave like nothing had just happened. Did they think that it was no big deal that someone just crashed through the roof of someone's house? Now he was really agitated. "You're coming with me." He pointed to the boy calling himself Roger and started walking towards the door. No way was he going to let this guy out of his sight and escape responsibility for damaging someone's house.

Wisteria seemed quite nervous but she slowly calmed as she kept her mind away from the fact that she was on a boat...in the middle of water...when she couldn't swim. It was antagonizing to think about it so she did her best not to though when they hit shore and she jolted abit her eyes widened and she inhaled sharply before quirking a brow at his apology. "Silly, You shouldn't do that in water" she wagged a finger as if saying tsk tsk before smiling a bit and reaching out towards him from his voice you could see her fingertips were shaking a little.
"Okay!" she said with a bit of enthusiasm gripping his hand firmly and getting out of the boat standing on the dock, "I'm ready to go!" she said trying to sound excited though she hadn't been able to make any smile really reach her eyes to light up her face in an expression of excitement or happiness. But she was trying, it was hard to get use to a place after you just got suddenly washed up there and nearly drowned.

Roger was about to speak and retaliate against the teal haired boy. Seriously he wasn't going to pay for this mess, wasn't his concern that spell backfired. In Roger's opinion; if the islanders had such a problem with it they could go to Traverse Town and harass Merlin about the damages. Get the mage to handle it because Roger wasn't going to. Though the shy girl spoke before him.
"I'll pay for any repairs for the roof and flooring that was busted up by his landing."
"..Thanks." Well that was unexpected. Pay for some stranger.. What for? Because she wanted to go on some festival date? It struck him odd but didn't have time to dwell on it. Brushing it off, he turned to Zane. "Didn't that girl just say she was going to pay for it? So why should I go with you." His eyes narrowed in annoyance, unless she was lying, that was a possibility. She was sure in a hurry to leave the house. Glancing over at the door Zane pointed too, he began to walk over. "If I'm going to follow you better tell me what this place is, I didn't mean the house. I meant this.." He couldn't say world, with their shocked behavior Roger figured they didn't know about the outside worlds. "Town, city, whatever you call it." He informed Zane. "Anyway what's your name?"
[Sora crashed through the two floors in Tarzan's world in the start of KH1 and was fine. So I figured Roger being unharmed isn't too off.]

Zane clicked his tongue in annoyance. "Even if someone is going to pay for the damages you have to explain it to the mayor. You're the one that crashed into his house so you're the one who has to explain why the Sun is coming straight through the roof." This was really starting to get on his nerves. He didn't want to have to explain himself to this Roger guy, especially since it was the first day of the festival.
Then Zane Heard his question and he narrowed his eyes a bit. "This is Destiny Islands. What, did you jump out out of an airplane without a parachute or something?" He was really suspicious of this stranger now. How could he not know where he was? Then he said "Name's Zane. I'm number one on the islands."

"Right.. Well, I don't know what to tell him," Roger stated, "'Sorry for crashing into your house, this girl will pay for it though' " He said before exiting the mayor's house and waited for Zane to step through. Still he didn't want to confront the mayor, what if the dude wanted to throw him off the island or something drastic? He needed to stay here to look for the cloaked figures, no time for this stuff. Roger decided on stalling, after he noted the festive island far away. "Isn't this a bad time to track down the mayor? He must be busy with all this going on. "
Glancing at Zane he replied "Don't know, I don't remember how I got here." Lying through his teeth now, but he felt like he didn't have a choice, it wasn't like he could actually tell the truth. Worlds had unwritten rules, outside worlds that didn't know the existance of others weren't allowed to know. Though Roger wasn't sure what the conquences for telling someone were. "Must have hit my head harder than I thought."
"What, did you jump out out of an airplane without a parachute or something?" "Something like that, I'm sure. How else could I have got here?"

Starting to get sick of this boy dragging his heels, Zane sighed and said "The old man's only real duty anymore is giving the opening speech. He'll be done with it by the time we find him. You can think about what you're gonna say on the trip there." Zane walked out the door and gave Roger a look that pretty much said said keep walking. He was more suspicious of this guy than before with all his excuses and obvious attempts to stall. No matter what though he was not going to simply go along with Roger's flow.
